About Me
Hello my name is Anita and I have got myself in a financial bind that I need to get out of…quick. You can blame it on circumstances, recession, stupidity or even blame it on Rio, it doesn’t really matter. I am here and determined to find ways to get out of debt and enjoy life again. I am hoping this blog through your generous donations and anything else I can earn from it, will get me on the road to financial success. I haven’t a clue exactly what direction I am going to take this blog and hope that whatever I can offer, you will find helpful and return, send your friends, brothers, sisters and anyone else to visit. I hope to make it interesting and at times amusing, rather than concentrate so much on the despair of the situation I am in. I mean others are earning big money, or so they claim, from blogging offering the most ridiculous of things, so at least I should be able to do the same without any bells and whistles, other than my award-winning writing ability and valuable time.
I am not going to be coy (or cry) about desperately needing financial help. At least you can look at it this way if you donate, it helps to pay for running my blog – $3 for the domain registration fee, $3 per month hosting fee, free wordpress script — and my time for creating brilliant content and adding stunning graphics (worth a lot!). So if every person visiting can donate at least $1, you can help me to be debt free and on my way to financial freedom. That should make you feel good, helping someone else in need…isn’t that what this world is supposed to be about…help one another.
More About Me:
I have a cat named “Kitty”…but shhh…I believe she thinks she is human. She really is a combination of a cat, dog and human. She always greets me at the door and is a good listener.
Just to clear up for anyone who thinks my debt problems was caused by overspending. I didn’t go on big shopping sprees and spend foolishly. It was drastic change of circumstances that caused my debt overload. Could happen to anyone. With jobs tougher to find these days, you have to stick with what you have and try to add to your income. This is what I am trying to do. I am not sitting back and expecting people just to donate to me, while I do nothing. I am trying to create a useful site that can help others and earn money by selling things.
Credit cards are really traps and they mostly benefit the banks and card issuers more than anyone else. It’s easy to use them now and worry about paying the money back later…this is a mistake because the interest rates they charge are high and if you don’t make large payments, it makes it harder to pay it back. So I want to be rid of them once and for all.
